Scale Free Network – art/science workshops for teachers

Open to primary and secondary visual art and science teachers, these hands-on workshops give you the opportunity to work directly with microbiologist Dr. Gregory Crocetti and visual artist Briony Barr. Observe items under stereo microscopes and complete individual and collaborative drawings using a range of fun materials.

Scale Free Network Notes will be available for teachers at the workshops. Teachers are encouraged to bring an item for observation under the stereo microscopes. Items can be organic (compost, leaves, plant roots, water, insects, hair etc) or manufactured (plastic, fabrics etc).

Light refreshments served.
