Have you wondered how the TapeScape is created?

Join US-based artist-designer-architect Eric Lennartson for a behind-the-scenes exploration of his TapeScape creations.

Each TapeScape is a massive indoor sculpture in the form of a multi-level, multi-sensory, immersive, interactive play space constructed from clear packing tape and a scaffold support. First launched in Lennartson’s home state in 2011 at the Children’s Museum of Southern Minnesota, TapeScape has been redesigned and recreated in cities such as San Jose, Pittsburgh, Winnipeg, Jersey City, Dubai and now again in Ipswich.

In an Australian exclusive, Eric will explain his creative process, compare this superstructure to previous builds and respond to audience questions. You can be the first to preview this latest and largest TapeScape exhibit.

Light refreshments served including wine, beer and soft-drinks and a grazing table by Limestone Catering Co.

This event is aimed at adults, though will be family-friendly so children are welcome.
