The Wonder of Learning: the Hundred Languages of Children showcases one of the most influential and highly-regarded teaching approaches in the world today: Reggio Emilia. Learn the story of Loris Malaguzzi and how the aftermath of World War Two inspired his revolutionary approach to early childhood learning which he devised in the northern Italian city of Reggio Emilia. Discover Malaguzzi’s educational philosophy and how exposure to the Arts encourages young children to become leaders in their own education. The Wonder of Learning: the Hundred Languages of Children will make its Australian premiere at the Ipswich Art Gallery to coincide with the 2013 Reggio Emilia Australia Information Exchange (REAIE) Biennial Conference in Ipswich from 4 – 7 July 2013.
